Our training programme is designed to develop 'Changemakers' who are confident and knowledgeable to help people and organisation adapt to the post-Covid world and be champions for Smart Working.
By developing people within this period of uncertainty and significant change they learn in a very practical context where skills and theory can be applied directly, and they can quickly step up into their role.
Our 'Changemakers' will become skilled practitioners of change management techniques to help your organisation prepare for and smooth the transition to smarter hybrid ways of working.
Our training is built around generic Smart Working change management best practice based on PAS3000 and our personal and professional experience. It is designed to be tailored specifically to the needs of your organisation.
The programme is modular and can be delivered online or in person. Teaching modules and group activity workshops are supported by individual preparation and a toolkit of resources.
