The type of personal information we collect  
We currently collect and process the following information:
• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name, job title, employer, contact details)

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• So that we can contact you in response to your enquiries
• So that we can contact you about a specific project we are working on, or are preparing to work on together 
• So that we can ask you to feed back on our services
• So that we can let you know about services that may interest you
• So that we can invite you to participate in business related networking

We sometimes also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
• Client organisations which provide us with personal information so that we can contact individuals for the purposes of carrying out a specific project
• Mutual contacts - when you have given permission for your personal information to be shared with us

We use the information that you have given us in order to
• contact you in response to your enquiries
• contact you about a specific project we are working on, or are preparing to work on together 
• ask you to provide feedback on our services 
• let you know about our services
• invite you to participate in business related networking

We may share this information with employees and associates of The Changing Work Company so that we can respond to your enquiries in a helpful and timely way and contact you about projects and prospective projects we are working on together.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us using this form
(b) We have a contractual obligation.
(f) We have a legitimate interest.

How we store your personal information 
Your information is securely stored on our computer, smartphone, webmail and in Google cloud storage, and in certain project related instances in SurveyGizmo.

We keep will keep your contact details for as long as The Changing Work Company exists, or until we discover your contact details are no longer valid (where you provide new contact details we will update your information), or until you ask us to delete your contact details. We will then dispose of your information by deleting your contact details from mailing lists, spreadsheets etc. Emails or messages you have sent us will not be deleted.
